This book was published at the occasion of the exhibitions Objekte as Freunde at Kestnergesellschaft in Hanover, Objetos como Amigos at Culturgest in Porto en Objecten als Vrienden in mu.ZEE in Ostend. All three exhibitions displayed a significant part of the photographic series that is the subject of this book.
